As part of a replacement for a position, we are looking for our future Building or civil engineering team leader / Building foreman (F/M/D) Activity rate of 100% Your missions As a Team Leader, you ensure the organization and smooth running of the construction sites entrusted to you. You supervise your teams, ensure compliance with schedules, quality requirements and safety rules, while ensuring the administrative and technical follow-up of the work. Your main tasks: * Management of a team of 4 to 12 people * Organization of work and compliance with schedules * Administrative follow-up of site reports and time control * Performance of measurements and ordering of materials * Reading of plans and execution of layouts * Monitoring of work quality and compliance with safety rules Your profile: * Holder of a CFC in the field of building and/or civil engineering * Team leader certificate, foreman or equivalent title * Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position * Excellent listening and communication skills with different interlocutors (teams, suppliers, etc.) * Rigor and sense of responsibility, especially regarding safety * Keen sense of organization, autonomy and versatility * Good ability to manage stress and priorities * Valid category B driving license * Excellent command of French, both spoken and written What we offer: * An exciting, varied and autonomous position * A pleasant, dynamic and diverse working environment * Attractive remuneration, in line with your skills and your experience * Possibilities for evolution according to your aptitudes and aspirations * Friday afternoons off Join a family and ambitious company, in constant development.
