Butcher/Charcutier in Boutique (F/M/X)

Part-time | Seasonal mission - Year-end holidays

For one of our clients, a recognized brand in the high-end food sector, we are looking for a Butcher-Charcutier to strengthen the teams during the year-end holiday period.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cut, and showcase meats and charcuterie products.
• Advise and serve customers with professionalism.
• Ensure the presentation and replenishment of the department.
• Guarantee compliance with hygiene, safety, and traceability standards.
• Participate in stock management and product quality control.

Profile

• Proven experience in butchery and/or charcuterie.
• Excellent presentation and strong sense of customer service.
• Good resistance to stress and ability to work effectively during periods of high activity.
• Imperative availability throughout the entire year-end holiday period, including weekends and public holidays.
• Proficiency in English mandatory in order to welcome and advise an international clientele.
• Knowledge of other languages is an asset.
