Surface Coater / Galvanizer EFZ (a)

Your tasks

• Operation, monitoring, and loading of the automated ultrasonic cleaning system
• Execution of various galvanic coating processes such as chemical nickel, electrolytic nickel, bright chrome, black chrome, bluing, stainless steel brunello, and copper coatings
• Pre-treatment, assembly, and preparation of the components to be coated
• Disassembly, inspection, and packaging of the finished products
• Execution of dimensional, layer thickness, and visual inspections
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards, process specifications, and customer specifications
• Monitoring and documentation of the production processes

Your profile

• Completed training as Oberflächenbeschichter EFZ or Oberflächenpraktiker EBA
• Professional experience in the field of galvanics is an advantage
• Experience in handling sensitive and high-quality components
• Confident handling of measuring and testing equipment
• Quality-conscious, careful, and independent way of working
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
