Our client, a constantly evolving watchmaking company, is looking for, to perform setups and ensure production, a:

Polymechanic option turning (M/F/X)

Mission:

• Guarantee compliance with production standards
• Train, support and replace production operators if needed
• Intervene with setters in order to resolve technical problems
• Lead follow-up meetings and drive associated action plans
• Contribute to the capitalization and sharing of expertise
• Participate in the integration of new equipment and/or manufacturing processes
• Train and support the apprentice as part of their turning training

Profile:

• CFC as a polymechanic, option turning, or training deemed equivalent
• Confirmed experience on Tornos Swissnano and Citizen R04/R07 equipment
• Knowledge of basic problem-solving tools
• Methodical spirit and good analytical skills
• Ability to be proactive
• Mastery of communication and interpersonal ease
