For our partner, a company active in real estate management with an internal concierge service, we are looking for a

Building Concierge (M/F)

Your role:
As a building concierge, you are the guarantor of the proper functioning and maintenance of the buildings. You ensure the coordination of technical interventions and ensure an enjoyable and secure living environment for the tenants.

Your responsibilities:

• Ensure the maintenance of exteriors: mowing, pruning, cleaning and snow removal
• Guarantee the cleanliness and maintenance of order in common areas (halls, staircases, basements, laundries, common rooms, etc.)
• Perform routine maintenance work and small repairs (greasing, replacement of seals, unclogging, etc.)
• Coordinate and perform move-in and move-out inspections
• Ensure the administrative and technical follow-up of the buildings
• Plan and coordinate the interventions of the various trades
• Manage waste (sorting, containers) and perform seasonal tasks (salting, snow removal)
• Monitor technical installations (heating, ventilation, lighting, etc.)
• Maintain regular contact with tenants and intervene in case of need or emergency
• Report any incident, damage or malfunction

Your profile:

• CFC as a facility manager or proven experience in a similar function (concierge, facility manager, building caretaker or equivalent)
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written
• Sense of organization, autonomy and service spirit
• Rigorous, reliable and proactive personality
• Good basic technical knowledge (electricity, plumbing, maintenance)
• Interpersonal skills and good presentation
• Driver's license indispensable and personal vehicle required
• Proficiency in office tools (MS Office) and administrative ease
