Setup Technician Deep Drawing Lines (m/f/d) 100% ##

Your Tasks ###

• Setting up and converting deep drawing lines according to the production order and production specifications
• Recognizing, analyzing and rectifying malfunctions during continuous operation
• Carrying out tool changes including documentation
• Sampling and testing new tools
• Training and supporting production employees at the plants
• Obtaining and granting production releases
• Checking specifications and processes using checklists
• Reporting deviations, errors and optimization potential
• Participation in general workshop and maintenance work

Your Profile ###

• Completed technical or mechanical basic training, for example as a production mechanic, polymechanic or comparable
• Experience as a setup technician in an industrial production environment
• Experience in plastic processing, thermoforming or the packaging industry is an advantage
• Technical understanding and strong problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Independent, structured and precise working style
• High level of quality and responsibility awareness
• Ability to work in a team, flexibility and resilience
• Willingness for shift work
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Driving license category B
