Your field of responsibility

To strengthen our technical customer service in the Bern region and its surroundings, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a service technician

In this role, you will autonomously undertake professional and timely service work

in the greater Bern region

at our private and commercial customers.

Your main tasks include:

• Repair and service work on various blind and roller shutter products, directly at our customers'
• Taking measurements for potential replacement products
• Advising customers on technical questions
• Complete and autonomous reporting of orders up to invoicing
• Good work, satisfied customers - that is our goal

• Ideally completed training as a blind fitter, poly-constructor or comparable basic artisanal training

• Solution-oriented thinking and action for our customers
• Habit of using electronic work tools
• Proficiency in German, spoken and written
• Category B driver's license mandatory
