Service Technician and Administrator Ventilation / Air Conditioning (all) - 100 % in a 4-day week

Your tasks

• Execution of maintenance, upkeep and minor assembly work on ventilation and air conditioning systems.
• Independent troubleshooting as well as execution of repairs, commissioning and air volume measurements.
• Installation, maintenance and upkeep of split and VRF systems.
• Receipt, analysis and troubleshooting of malfunctions on the assigned systems.
• Scheduling of service and maintenance assignments as well as coordination and appointment scheduling with customers.
• Responsibility for the administrative order processing from the creation of offers to billing as well as acquisition of repair and maintenance orders (office share 40-60%).

What you bring with you

• You have completed training in the field of electrical engineering and/or building technology with knowledge in ventilation and air conditioning/refrigeration technology
• You bring several years of professional experience in the service sector and have good electrotechnical knowledge
• You have experience in the assembly and maintenance of split and VRF systems with a corresponding permit
• You are an organizational talent and have a deft and confident appearance in dealing with customers
• You have good knowledge in the MS Office area
• You possess the driving license Kat. B, possibly also trailer test
