For our client in the Rapperswil-Jona region, we are looking for a reliable and independent personality as a Caretaker / Specialist in Facility Management (m/f/d) starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Independent care and maintenance of properties
• Ensuring flawless operation of buildings and technical systems
• Carrying out inspection, maintenance, and repair work
• Execution of minor repairs and manual work
• Care and maintenance of indoor and outdoor areas
• Identifying and rectifying malfunctions and defects
• Coordination and supervision of external craftsmen and service providers
• Contact person for tenants, owners, and other stakeholders
• General work in the field of caretaker services and building operations

Your profile

• Completed training as a Specialist in Facility Management EFZ, Caretaker, or a comparable manual-technical training
• Alternatively, trained craftsmen with corresponding experience in building maintenance are also welcome (carpenter, painter/plasterer, mason, etc.)
• Professional experience in caretaker services, facility management, or a comparable field of activity is an advantage
• Good technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
• Reliable and well-groomed appearance
• Enjoyment of contact with people and a service-oriented way of working
• Good German skills
• Driver's license category B
