To strengthen our team, we are looking for a technically savvy and committed personality as a Production Mechanic/Machine Setter 100% immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks – versatile and responsible

• Machine loading & operation: Manual insertion of the round sheet metal discs and starting the automatic forming process (pressing in by the forming arm).
• Setting up & parameter setting: Independent adjustment of machine parameters (pressure, strokes, speeds) at the operating terminal for fine adjustment depending on material, sheet thickness, and batch.
• Serial production: Precise manufacture of various form variants for slats, rain caps, and special parts.
• Quality control: Dimensional and visual inspection of the finished parts as well as corrective adjustment of settings in case of material deviations.
• Maintenance: Carrying out simple care, cleaning, and maintenance work on the system.

Requirements

• You have completed basic technical training, for example as a Production Mechanic EFZ, Plant Operator EFZ, or Mechanic. Alternatively, you bring several years of experience in machine setting or metal and sheet metal processing.
• You understand how sheet metal behaves during forming and take into account material thickness, tension, and processing properties.
• You enjoy setting and optimizing machine parameters via modern controls and touch panels.
• You work accurately, reliably, and independently and have an eye for detail.
• You recognize deviations, find suitable solutions, and enjoy rolling up your sleeves.
