WATCHMAKING OPERATORS (M/F)

Are you meticulous, endowed with good manual dexterity, and wish to discover the world of watchmaking?

Your experience in another field could be a real asset!

We are looking for people who have developed skills in precision, meticulousness, and manual dexterity, particularly in the following sectors:

• Industry: electronics, mechanics, automotive, pharmaceutical, assembly of small parts
• Aesthetics, hairdressing, nail technology or other professions requiring excellent dexterity
• Watchmaking: first experience or training as a watchmaking operator

Profile sought

• Excellent manual dexterity and ease in meticulous work
• Good coordination of both hands and good visual acuity
• Ability to work with precision and to respect defined procedures
• Aptitude to maintain a production pace while guaranteeing the quality of work
• Rigor, concentration, patience and team spirit
• Motivation to join the watchmaking sector and to develop new skills
