Your Task ##

• Technical contact person for customers regarding questions and malfunctions in electrical systems
• Independent analysis and rectification of electrical errors directly at the customer site
• Carrying out machine checks, revisions, and repair assignments
• Carrying out technical training for customers and their employees
• Creation and maintenance of service reports as well as technical documentation
• Support with assembly work, commissioning, and machine acceptance
• Worldwide service assignments with a travel activity of around 80 to 100 %

Your Profile ##

• Completed basic technical training as Automatiker EFZ, Elektroniker EFZ, Elektroinstallateur or mechanical basic training with good specialist knowledge in the field of electrical engineering
• Experience in the assembly, installation, or maintenance of machines and systems
• High willingness to travel
• Good IT user skills
• Fluent German and good English skills are mandatory
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
