Do you want to evolve in a dynamic environment where construction project management occupies a central place? We are supporting one of our clients, a recognized structure in its field, in the search for a Construction Manager capable of steering various projects with rigor and autonomy

Construction Manager 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Control the progress of works and guarantee their conformity
• Manage the administrative and contractual aspects of projects
• Ensure the planning, organization and monitoring of construction sites
• Ensure compliance with costs, deadlines and the quality of execution
• Actively participate in site meetings and ensure reporting
• Coordinate the various stakeholders (companies, mandatories, suppliers)
• Supervise calls for tenders, analyze bids and participate in adjudications

Profile

• Training in the field of construction (construction manager, engineer or equivalent)
• Confirmed experience in the management of construction sites in Switzerland
• Excellent organizational skills and sense of priorities
• Interpersonal skills and ability to unite teams
• Mastery of standard IT tools and professional software
