tasks

• you coordinate and supervise exciting construction projects, accompanying them from the planning phase to completion
• these are construction projects in residential and office construction as well as in public construction
• you act in an advisory and leading role towards the client and craftsmen
• cost and schedule planning as well as estimation also enrich your versatile and demanding area of responsibility
• the workload can, depending on preference, be 90 or 100%

requirements

• you have basic training as a bricklayer, carpenter, draughtsman architecture / architectural draughtsman or similar (w/m/d)
• furthermore, ideally you have further trained as an architect, project manager, construction manager / construction technician or are on your way to doing so
• good skills in reading and processing CAD plans are also important
• knowledge in the field of sustainable building and construction economics is highly valued, but is not a requirement
• do you describe yourself as communicative, cooperative, well-organized and solution-oriented?
