Your activities

• Responsibility for the setup and operation of an LH lamination plant
• Guarantee of strict compliance with customer specifications according to order documents and machine setting data
• Continuous monitoring of the expected product quality and ensuring timely production
• Continuous optimization of processes, productivity, and reduction of waste
• Independent initiation of suitable countermeasures in the event of occurring problems
• Conscientious following of all safety regulations

Your profile

• Ideally completed training as an Anlagenführer/in EFZ with mandatory several years of experience as a machine operator at an LF lamination plant for the production of flexible packaging materials
• Alternatively: several years of experience as a machine operator at an LF lamination plant for the production of flexible packaging materials, but also gravure or flexographic printer possible
• Confident command of the German language in spoken and written form (at least B1)
• You set the highest standards for the quality of work you provide and are prepared to conscientiously follow strict safety, quality, and hygiene regulations
• Readiness to work in 3-shift operation and, if necessary, overtime
• Physical fitness to work on a plant that is not only technically but also physically very demanding
• Teamwork skills as well as a maximum degree of sense of duty and reliability
