Your Role
As Chief Construction Manager: Graubünden, you will take on the technical and personnel leadership of our construction management team at the locations in the Canton of Graubünden. You will ensure that our construction projects are realized on schedule, cost-effectively, and in high quality, and you will be active yourself as a construction manager in your own projects as far as possible. You form the interface between clients, project managers, and internal specialist departments and contribute significantly to the further development of our team. This position offers you a lot of creative freedom, real leadership responsibility, and the opportunity to actively help shape the building culture in Graubünden.

Your Tasks

• Leadership and deployment planning of the construction management team
• Control and monitoring of projects with regard to costs, quality, and deadlines
• Ensuring quality standards and targeted further development of the team
• Coordination with clients, project managers, and internal specialist departments
• Management of own projects as a construction manager from the start of construction until the warranty acceptance
• Participation in tendering and award processes

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in construction management and project management, ideally as a dipl. Architect:in, Technician:in, or dipl. Bauleiter:in Hochbau
• Leadership competence and joy in team development
• Strong awareness of quality, costs, and deadlines
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Communication strength and assertiveness
• Confident handling of MS Office, knowledge of Messerli Bauad is an advantage
