Machining Operator 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Ensure the manufacture of watchmaking components on various machining means.
• Monitor production and ensure the smooth running of operations.
• Perform dimensional and aesthetic controls of the produced parts.
• Carry out routine setups and tool changes necessary for production.
• Guarantee compliance with quality requirements, procedures, and manufacturing deadlines.
• Identify production discrepancies and report information to the relevant teams.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement processes for manufacturing processes.
• Contribute to the smooth running of the workshop by collaborating with the various stakeholders.

Profile

• CFC in Polymechanic or training in machining
• Proven experience in a similar position including: CNC twin-spindle turning, milling, 5-axis grinding, or single and multi-spindle automatic turning (décolletage)
• Good skills in machine setups and tool changes
• Proficiency with production software and industrial environments
• Excellent dexterity, rigor, autonomy, and sense of organization
• Flexibility regarding working hours (2x8 shifts) and good collaborative spirit
