Caretaker

Introduction

Joweid Betriebs AG is an established company in the real estate industry, which manages the Joweid Zentrum in Rüti/ZH, an industrial and technology area. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed Caretaker.

Responsibilities

• Technical management according to instructions
• Operation of the building management system and the fire alarm system
• Maintenance, repair, and renewal work on building equipment and building technology systems, especially in the area of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary (HVAC).
• Customer care within the scope of the function incl. preparation and follow-up of offers
• Creation of evaluations, statistics, and reports
• Data and evidence maintenance, data management
• Supervision and quality control of subcontractors and suppliers
• Service, maintenance, and care of all technical equipment of Joweid Betriebs AG

Qualifications

• Training as a caretaker with Federal Diploma of Higher Education (eidg. FA) or comparable qualification
• Experience in building maintenance and upkeep
• Manual dexterity and technical understanding
• Independent, reliable, and structured way of working
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Correct handling of customers and suppliers
