Our client has mandated us to search for their future CNC operator-setter

Job Description

Main missions:

• Setup and adjustment: Install cutting tools, mount the parts to be machined, and set up or adjust the programs on the machine.
• Operation and monitoring: Start machining, monitor the smooth running of production, and intervene in case of an anomaly.
• Quality control: Verify the dimensions and surface finish of parts using measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, etc.)
• 1st level maintenance: Perform routine machine maintenance, tool changes

Profile sought

Profile and skills sought:

• Training: CFC in production mechanics, AFP, or equivalent title in machining / microtechnics.
• Know-how: Reading technical drawings, good knowledge of programming languages/ISO and adjustments on machining centers (turning, milling).
• Qualities: Rigor, precision, analytical spirit, and autonomy.
