Electrical Site Manager (M/F)

On behalf of a client, we are looking for an electrical site manager (M/F).

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will ensure the organization, coordination, and operational management of electrical sites. As a true field liaison, you guarantee the proper execution of work in compliance with deadlines, costs, quality, and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise electrical work on tertiary, industrial, and technical projects
• Ensure the technical and administrative management of sites in collaboration with Project Managers
• Supervise and coordinate a team of installers and electricians
• Distribute tasks and ensure daily monitoring of teams in the field
• Plan human resources, materials, and supplies necessary for the proper completion of the work
• Participate in site meetings with clients, architects, engineers, and various project partners
• Perform measurements, surveys, and management reports
• Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with contractual deadlines
• Enforce safety rules, quality, and current electrical standards
• Identify technical issues and propose adapted solutions to site unforeseen events

Profile

• CFC as an electrical installer or a title deemed equivalent recognized in Switzerland
• Training as an Electrical Site Manager, an asset
• Proven experience of several years in managing electrical sites
• Excellent knowledge of Swiss electrical standards and regulations
• Experience in supervising field teams
• Proficiency in standard IT tools (Microsoft Office)
• Driver's license indispensable
• Experience in supervising field teams
