For our client we are looking for a:

Head of Solar System Assembly (a)

Your tasks:

• Hands-on Assembly & Quality: Active participation in the assembly and installation of photovoltaic systems (pitched roofs and flat roofs as well as open spaces) including fall protection.
• Construction Site Coordination: Technical and organizational interface on-site, coordination of material, deadlines and processes with project managers and customers.
• Daily Responsibility: Ensuring smooth construction site operations and compliance with all occupational safety and quality standards.
• Commissioning & Service: Carrying out functional tests, maintenance and repair work on existing systems.
• On-site Team Leadership: Technical guidance and support of team members on the construction site.

Qualifications

• Sound Professional Experience: Approx. 5 to 8 years of experience in the assembly of photovoltaic systems or in the pitched roof/facade sector.
• Training: Completed basic manual or technical training (e.g., electrical installer, roofer, tinsmith, solar technician or metalworker).
• Hands-on Mentality & Coordination: Willingness for active physical work combined with the talent to independently structure processes.
• Leadership Experience: high personal responsibility, assertiveness and enjoyment of technical leadership are sufficient.
• Physical Suitability: Absolute fitness for heights, resilience and weather resistance.
• Driving License: Driving license of category B is mandatory.
