Electrical Construction Manager Hünenberg (w/m/d)

Introduction

Actively shape the energy future: As an Electrical Construction Manager, you will lead installations on large construction sites, coordinate teams, and ensure efficient, high-quality implementation. On behalf of our client from the building services sector, we are looking for you for versatile projects in residential, agricultural, industrial, and commercial buildings - with a strong focus on e-mobility, photovoltaics, and heat pumps.

Tasks

• Take responsibility: Construction management and execution of low-voltage and extra-low-voltage installations in building services projects
• Lead & coordinate: Leadership and motivation of the assigned team, coordination with construction management and other trades
• Implement efficiently: Material management and digital reports/measurements using modern IT tools
• Secure project goals: Support the project management in cost control, performance billing, and customer documentation
• Quality & safety: Deadlines, quality, and occupational safety
• Expand know-how: Continuously update specialist knowledge in e-mobility, solar, and heat pumps; participation in internal further training

Profile

• Completed training as an Electrical Installer EFZ
• Several years of professional experience in construction management/assembly management of electrical installations
• Initial leadership experience and ideally professional further training (e.g., Electrical Construction Manager, Electrical Project Manager with federal diploma)
• Driver's license Cat. B
• Structured, independent, and responsible way of working, strong team and customer orientation
• Very good German in speaking and writing
