Building Maintenance Technician (M/F)

Introduction ##

As part of the development of our activities in the canton of Fribourg, we are building a talent pool to support the deployment of our new industrial site in Bulle. With this in mind, we will shortly be looking for Building Maintenance Technician (M/F) profiles to strengthen our teams.

Responsibilities ##

• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of the building's technical installations, particularly in the fields of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, and automation
• Monitor, adjust, and optimize the operation of installations and regulation systems to guarantee their availability and energy performance
• Diagnose faults, handle technical alarms, and carry out necessary interventions in compliance with priorities and safety rules
• Ensure the monitoring of supervision systems and centralized technical management, as well as building regulation equipment and automation
• Participate in the connection of production means to technical networks, extension works, and installation projects
• Coordinate and monitor external service providers to guarantee the quality, compliance, and safety of their services
• Update technical data and maintenance plans, ensure the follow-up of intervention requests, and contribute to the continuous improvement of installations

Profile ##

• CFC in the fields of sanitary, refrigeration, building technology, automation, or equivalent training
• Additional training such as ES Technician or Bachelor in building technology, energy, automation, or an equivalent field, an asset
• Proven experience in the maintenance of complex technical installations, ideally in an industrial environment
• Knowledge of HVAC installations, sanitary, regulation systems and/or building automation, depending on the field of specialization
• Mastery of a centralized technical management system, a computer-aided maintenance management tool, and standard IT tools
• Knowledge of hydraulic and aerostatic installations, technical networks, energy automation, or building communication protocols, an asset
• Ability to manage emergencies, establish priorities, and provide on-call service as needed
• Rigor, flexibility, sense of responsibility, and respect for safety protocols
• Communication skills, team spirit, and customer orientation
