You will be given the opportunity to lead your area largely independently and to develop it in a targeted manner. You will take over an existing area with an experienced team and can further develop it with your ideas, your network and your personality. Tasks, competencies and responsibility As Department Manager Heating, you bear the operational and technical responsibility for your area. You accompany projects from the first customer inquiry through planning and execution to invoicing and ensure that deadlines, quality and economic efficiency are correct. You achieve this through: * Leadership and coordination of the heating department * Consultation and support of existing customers as well as maintenance of customer relationships * Acquisition of new orders and active further development of the customer base * Creation and calculation of offers * Planning and technical processing of heating projects * Drawing and planning of heating systems * Work preparation and scheduling of employees * Coordination of material, suppliers and project processes * Project monitoring regarding deadlines, costs and quality * Creation and control of invoices * Close cooperation with management, customers, planners, architects and other project participants * Overall responsibility and supervision for the apprentices as well as conducting the corresponding discussions You ideally possess: * A sound education in the field of heating and corresponding further training * Several years of professional and project management experience in the heating industry * Leadership experience or the willingness to lead a well-coordinated team responsibly * Sound specialist knowledge in heating and building technology * Good knowledge in planning and technical drawing, preferably with CAD Nova * Experience in calculation, offering, work preparation, scheduling and invoicing * A good relationship network in the region and within the industry * Enjoyment of customer contact, acquisition and the building of long-term business relationships * A pronounced awareness of costs and quality * An independent, reliable and entrepreneurial way of working For this versatile key position, we are looking for an experienced specialist from the heating industry who wants to take on responsibility and successfully continue an existing area.
