Electronic Technician

Do you bring sound know-how in electrical engineering, electronics or automation, think analytically and like to roll up your sleeves? As an Electronic Technician (80-100%), working from our workshop in Zürich Binz with assignments throughout Switzerland, you will ensure that our networked refrigerators and coffee machines run smoothly. In the 12-member technical team, you are the point of contact for tricky cases, grow specifically into refrigeration technology and move the whole team one step further with your knowledge.

• Perform demanding fault diagnostics and repairs on our cooling devices and coffee machines, in the workshop and on-site at our customers
• Find the cause of problems precisely, whether they lie in the hardware, the configuration or the telemetry, and immediately initiate the right measures
• Support and advise your colleagues as a technical contact person in particularly complex cases
• Reliably check new and repaired devices for their electrical safety
• Systematically document recurring errors and create or improve work instructions (SOPs)
• Actively participate in technical documentation (circuit diagrams, risk assessment, NEV/EMV) for our CAREL integration and the POS system
• Targetedly expand your specialist knowledge in refrigeration technology and share it with the team
• Completed training as an electrical installer, assembly electrician, electronics technician or automation technician EFZ or a comparable qualification
• Min. 5 years of experience in service, repair or fault finding on electrical, electronic or electromechanical devices
• Structured, independent way of working and enjoyment in sharing technical knowledge within the team
• Advantageous: experience in refrigeration technology
• Prior knowledge in technical documentation, in writing SOPs or in structured root-cause analysis
• Valid Swiss driver's license (category B)
• Fluent German skills and good English (our team language)
