A comprehensive view of every project and close contact with the clientele characterize the daily work. Your tasks

• Steering and accompanying the construction site teams on-site
• Ensuring clean and timely project implementation
• Acting as the central contact point for all parties involved in construction
• Guiding and promoting employees during assembly assignments
• Organizing construction processes at various locations in Switzerland
• Rolling up sleeves during assembly work and supporting the team

Your profile

• Completed manual vocational training in the field of metal or wood
• Practical experience from several years in an assembly or construction site environment
• Additional training in the field of personnel management or organization
• Flexibility for overnight stays away from home during renovation phases
• Natural sense for leadership and dealing with people
• German: Stylistically confident (C2)
