As an reinforcement for our caretaker team, we are looking for a responsible personality starting immediately or by agreement

Tasks ##

• You are responsible for the operation and monitoring of the building functions of various properties and check the objects for cleanliness as well as their proper use.
• You maintain and manage larger area and green spaces and carry out maintenance and repair work.
• You are a competent first point of contact for the concerns of our tenants and take over the acceptance and handover of apartments.
• You monitor external service providers and take over administrative tasks such as material orders, apartment acceptance protocols, work reports and expense reports.

Profile ##

• Completed manual or technical training, preferably in the field of sanitary, refrigeration, heating or ventilation technology as well as several years of professional experience in the caretaker management of large properties
• High social competence, good manners as well as enjoyment of contact with older people
• Structured, exact and independent way of working
• Knowledge in dealing with CAFM systems, ideally with the application «Campos»
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as application knowledge of the MS-Office programs
