Customer Service Technician (80-100%) - Frauenfeld Region (m/f/d)

Introduction

On behalf of our client - a globally active provider of drive systems and complete systems for doors and gates - we are looking for a service-oriented, independent personality as a Customer Service Technician for the Frauenfeld region. Modern technology, reliability and good design are at the center - and you ensure that our customers' systems function safely and smoothly every day.

Tasks

• Periodic maintenance of automatic door, gate and wall systems
• Repairs, supplementary work and renovations on controls and drive systems
• Fault diagnosis and rectification on site incl. functional and safety tests
• On-call service on a rotational basis according to deployment planning
• Support of installation during bottlenecks (e.g. commissioning, adjustments)
• Careful documentation of assignments and close cooperation with dispatch/technics

Profile

• Completed EFZ training as an Automatics Technician, Electromechanic, Electrician or Mechanic

(e.g. vehicle, agricultural or plant mechanic) with good electrical knowledge

• Electrical installers and career changers with mechanical-electrical interest are also welcome
• Professional experience in a similar function is an advantage
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Driver's license Cat. B and place of residence in the deployment area (or willingness to relocate)
• Independent, reliable and conscientious way of working; correct, winning appearance; flexibility and resilience
