What awaits you

• Leadership of a team of assembly employees as well as their technical support
• Ensuring qualitatively flawless and timely assembly, including monitoring compliance with all safety-relevant aspects and costs
• Schedule coordination and implementation planning of all orders, including the allocation of assembly orders to the assembly employees
• Participation in construction meetings
• Execution of the assembly-technical preparatory work and the actual assembly, from the order placement to the handover to the customers

What you bring

• Basic technical training, further training, or professional experience in the electrotechnical or mechanical field
• Commercial further training desirable
• Several years of assembly experience in the elevator industry and leadership experience an advantage
• Good MS-Office knowledge & SAP knowledge an advantage
• Good knowledge of the regional language, other languages an advantage
