For the successful implementation of demanding structural engineering projects in the Thurgau region, we are looking on behalf of our client for a personality who takes responsibility and actively drives construction projects forward.

Job Description

You take responsibility for individual trades or sub-areas from execution to commissioning and ensure a smooth project process.
Your main tasks include:

• Technical and organizational management of the assigned trades
• Creation, control and monitoring of schedules
• Ensuring quality, costs, deadlines and occupational safety
• Coordination of specialist planners, contractors and internal project participants
• Tendering, awarding and monitoring of services
• Management and supervision of subcontractors on the construction site
• Support in the completion of planning and execution phases
• Negotiations with suppliers and contractors
• Continuous optimization of construction sequences and processes.

The projects include residential developments, commercial and industrial buildings as well as public buildings of various sizes and complexity.

Requirement Profile

• Basic training in the construction sector with corresponding further training, construction management school, university of applied sciences or university degree
• Initial experience in construction management or the motivation to take the next career step
• Independent and structured way of working
• Organizational talent and high sense of responsibility
• Strong communication skills and confident appearance
• Assertiveness as well as negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
