At the Swiss location, high-precision and technically demanding components are produced, among other things, for motorsport and e-mobility. To strengthen the team, we are looking for an experienced CNC miller for modern 5-axis machining, effective immediately or by arrangement.

Our client requests

• Completed vocational training as a Polymechanic, Toolmaker, or a comparable technical education
• Alternatively, several years of professional experience in CNC machining or mechanical manufacturing
• Sound specialist knowledge in metal cutting processes
• Experience in CNC milling and in handling modern machining machines
• Experience with 5-axis milling machines is an advantage
• A good technical understanding and strong spatial imagination
• Joy in the manufacture of complex individual parts and demanding small series
• A precise, independent, and quality-conscious way of working
• Confident handling of technical drawings, measuring instruments, and manufacturing specifications
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Readiness for work in a 2- to 3-shift operation
• Flexibility, reliability, and a team-oriented personality

What awaits you

• You independently set up modern CNC-controlled 5-axis milling machines
• You operate and monitor the machines during the entire manufacturing process
• You manufacture complex individual parts and demanding small series for international customers
• You produce high-precision components, among other things, for applications in Formula 1, Formula E, and e-mobility
• You ensure a constantly high manufacturing quality and process reliability
• You control the manufactured workpieces based on drawings and defined quality specifications
• You perform precise measurements and professionally evaluate the results
• You work with modern 3D measuring machines and other professional testing tools
• You optimize existing manufacturing processes and actively contribute your specialist knowledge
• You recognize deviations early and initiate the necessary corrections
• You take responsibility for quality, dimensional accuracy, and clean manufacturing processes
• You work closely with your colleagues from production, quality, and technology
• You participate in the manufacture of technically demanding high-tech products and continuously develop your CNC skills
