The Office des travaux publics is responsible for the planning, construction, maintenance, and operation of cantonal roads as well as hydraulic structures and soft mobility in the Grisons. We also take care of the operational maintenance of national roads within the cantonal territory. The canton's road infrastructure includes more than 1'450 engineering structures, including suspension bridges up to 90 meters high and tunnels up to 3 kilometers long. The challenges brought by the nature of our mountainous canton in both summer and winter make our work demanding and varied. As a certified Friendly Work Space office, the health and satisfaction of our approximately 480 employees are particularly important to us. We are looking for a road maintenance worker for the road maintenance department in district 3 Samedan starting from 1st January 2027 or by agreement

Your area of responsibility

• Execution of road maintenance work within a small maintenance team
• Summer and winter service
• Cleaning and restoration work after accidents or natural events
• Monitoring the condition of roads and road installations
• Providing on-call service (summer and winter)

What we expect from you

• Completed professional apprenticeship in the construction sector
• Manual dexterity
• Physical stamina
• Taste for teamwork
• The general working language is Italian, knowledge of German is an asset
