Technician / Project Manager - Painting, plastering and facades (M/F)

Job description: For one of our clients active in finishing work in the Lausanne region, PROMAN Lausanne is looking for a Technician / Project Manager in painting, plastering and facades. You will take charge of the preparation and monitoring of construction sites, from estimation to the acceptance of works. You will ensure coordination between clients, works management and teams on the ground.

Your missions

• Analyze plans, technical files and calls for tenders.
• Perform on-site surveys and measurements.
• Prepare quotes, tenders and additional offers.
• Plan interventions and organize teams as well as supplies.
• Ensure the technical, administrative and financial monitoring of construction sites.
• Ensure compliance with budgets, deadlines, quality and safety rules.
• Participate in site meetings and maintain relations with clients, architects and representatives.
• Control the work performed, prepare invoicing and ensure monitoring until acceptance.

Job requirement:

Your profile

• Training in the field of painting, plastering or building, ideally supplemented by technician training or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in a similar position in managing finishing work construction sites.
• Good technical knowledge in painting, plastering, peripheral insulation and facades.
• Proficiency in reading plans, measurements and estimation.
• Good knowledge of construction practices and requirements in Switzerland.
• Ease with IT tools and software for quotes and construction site monitoring.
• Sense of organization, autonomy and ability to manage several sites simultaneously.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate teams.
• Good command of French, both spoken and written.
• Driving license indispensable.
