Building Cleaning Specialist

The employer is looking for a:

Technical Cleaning Operator (reported profession)

Tasks:

• perform ordinary and extraordinary cleaning interventions at administrative, industrial and commercial buildings.
• use specific machinery and equipment professionally (scrubber dryer, single-disc machine, vacuum cleaners, etc.).
• carry out the treatment and maintenance of different types of flooring.
• guarantee compliance with hygiene, quality and safety standards.
• correctly manage detergent products and consumables.
• report any anomalies or damage found in the buildings.
• collaborate with the manager and with the operational team to guarantee an efficient service.

Requirements:

• training as a Specialist for ordinary and maintenance cleaning CFC or equivalent qualification.
• previous experience in the professional cleaning sector.
• good knowledge of professional cleaning techniques and products.
• ability to use specific equipment and machinery.
• precision, sense of responsibility and autonomy.
• good physical resistance and flexibility in working hours.
• excellent knowledge of the Italian language.
