For our modern machine park, we are looking for a committed personality (m/f/d) as an Operations Mechanic, who ensures that our production runs with technical know-how, precision, and energy.

Your contribution to success ##

• You find faults independently, fix them quickly, and ensure high availability of our systems through predictive maintenance
• You recognize failure risks early, develop well-thought-out emergency scenarios, and implement measures that sustainably prevent recurring faults
• You represent the team leader during absences and support him with leadership and organizational tasks
• You actively participate in optimization projects and make our production more efficient step by step
• In the on-call and fault service, you actively support the team

Are you ready? ##

• A completed basic technical training, e.g., as a polymechanic, agricultural machinery or construction machinery mechanic, as well as practical experience in maintenance
• Sound knowledge in mechanics, electronics, pneumatics, and hydraulics, ideally supplemented by initial experience in Lean Management (5S, structured problem solving)
• Further training, e.g., as a maintenance specialist, HF or NIV Art. 15, is an advantage
• You work independently, remain calm even under pressure, and enjoy pitching in within a team
• You enjoy organizational tasks and have high standards regarding quality
• For the on-call service, you are mobile (driver's license Cat. B)
