Tasks

• You ensure cleanliness and order on the premises, the associated streets and green spaces, as well as in the buildings.
• You inspect and maintain building facilities, office furniture, fire doors, gates, fire extinguishers, and sanitary fittings.
• You carry out versatile maintenance and repair work on buildings, indoor and outdoor facilities, equipment, machines, tools, and vehicles.
• You look after lecture and meeting rooms, perform administrative tasks, and organize the clothing distribution.
• You work in a three-shift system, alternating every two weeks between early shift starting at [missing time], on-call/relief shift from 07:00, or late shift from 08:00, and from November to March, you take on winter service on-call duty every three weeks from Monday to Sunday (extra compensation provided).

Profile

• Training as Specialist in Facility Management (EFZ level) as well as further training as a caretaker (Federal Diploma)
• 5 years of professional experience in a comparable role
• Reliability, a friendly demeanor, and impeccable interaction with customers
• Good German skills (C2 level) as well as good MS Office skills
• Willingness to work early shifts and winter service on-call duty, driving license Cat. B
