For our client, we are looking for an experienced and motivated foreman in the construction industry.

Your tasks:

• Leadership and coordination of a construction site team
• Organization and supervision of daily construction work
• Active cooperation on the construction site
• Masonry work in structural and civil engineering
• Formwork and concreting work
• Stripping and erecting formwork for walls, ceilings, and foundations
• Ensuring quality and compliance with safety regulations
• Material planning and coordination of workflows
• Monitoring construction progress and adherence to deadlines

Your profile:

• Several years of professional experience as a mason and formworker
• Experience in a leadership position or as a foreman is an advantage
• Good knowledge of structural engineering and concrete construction
• Independent and reliable way of working
• Ability to work in a team and sense of responsibility
• Good German skills
• Driving license Cat. B is an advantage
