• Machine operation: Setting up and operating sinking and
• wire erosion machines with robot
• Quality control: Independent testing of first-article and
• serial production with state-of-the-art testing and measuring equipment
• Electrode production: Independent manufacturing and optimization
• of turning electrodes as well as measurement (on 2D and 3D measuring stations)
• Process optimization: Participation in the design and optimization
• of milling electrodes as well as continuous improvement of the automation
• and work processes

Requirements

• Completed training as a Polymechanic or a comparable qualification
• Experience in measurement technology (AUKOM) and quality assurance
• Confident handling of MS-Office applications
• Structured, team- and solution-oriented way of working
• You convince through perseverance and prudence in the execution of your tasks
• You always maintain an overview even under time pressure
