For our customer based in the Basel region, we are looking for a/an (within a week's time) for a permanent position:

Your tasks

• first contact person for tenants, craftsmen as well as external service providers
• independent execution of repair, maintenance and upkeep work in apartments and general property areas
• organization, coordination and control of external craftsmen during repairs and maintenance work
• support during apartment renovations and various construction projects
• regular inspection of technical systems and early detection of damage and defects
• assistance with apartment handovers as well as introduction and instruction of new tenants
• execution of inspection rounds to ensure proper property operations
• cleaning and care of outdoor areas, walkways, squares and drainage facilities
• execution of seasonal work such as winter service, lawn care, hedge trimming and leaf removal
• responsibility for the cleanliness and care of the assigned service vehicle

Your profile

• completed training as a caretaker with federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis) or specialist in facility management (Fachmann/-frau Betriebsunterhalt) with several years of professional experience in building maintenance, mandatory in Switzerland
• several years of professional experience as a service technician with direct customer contact
• very good German skills in speaking and writing, level C1
• technical understanding as well as manual dexterity
• good user knowledge of common MS Office programs
• independent, responsible and cost-oriented way of working
• team player, communicative and service-oriented personality with polished manners
• driving license category B
