On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Joiner - Cabinetmaker (M/F).

Your future responsibilities:

• You will produce joinery and cabinetmaking pieces according to plans, technical drawings, and manufacturing instructions.
• You will perform the cutting, shaping, and machining of various wood elements and derived materials.
• You will use the conventional and CNC machines necessary for manufacturing.
• You will ensure the reading and interpretation of technical plans before production.
• You will prepare materials and select suitable wood species, panels, and components for the work to be carried out.
• You will perform the necessary settings, tool changes, and adjustments on the machines.
• You will ensure the routine maintenance of machines and workshop equipment.
• You will perform various drilling, milling, planing, sawing, and sanding tasks.
• You will perform assembly, mounting, and gluing operations of the different elements.
• You will carry out the necessary adjustments and finishes to guarantee a precise and neat result.
• You may participate in the manufacture of furniture, interior fittings, doors, wardrobes, and custom elements.
• You will control the dimensions, compliance, and quality of the pieces throughout the manufacturing process.
• You will identify any manufacturing defects and carry out the necessary corrections or touch-ups.
• You will ensure compliance with the quality standards and technical requirements of the company.
• You will organize your workstation and ensure the proper management of materials and tools.
• You will rigorously respect the safety instructions and standards in force in the workshop.
• You will participate actively in the optimization of manufacturing methods and processes.
• You will collaborate closely with the production team and workshop managers to ensure compliance with deadlines and the quality of achievements.

Your profile:

• You possess good knowledge in the use and setting of CNC machines - an asset.
• You are comfortable with cutting, machining, assembly, gluing, sanding, and finishing work.
• You know how to perform the settings and routine maintenance of production machines.
• You master the different usual tools and machines of a joinery workshop.
• You are capable of working autonomously from a plan, from preparation to final control.
• You attach particular importance to the quality of finishes and respect for dimensions.
• You demonstrate precision, meticulousness, and an excellent sense of detail.
• You are an autonomous, organized, and versatile person.
• You appreciate teamwork and collaborate effectively with the various production stakeholders.
• You are reliable, punctual, and conscientious in the execution of your work.
• You rigorously respect safety instructions and internal procedures.
• You are motivated to invest yourself sustainably within a demanding and quality-oriented production environment.
