As a Bauführer:in at Wirz AG Bauunternehmung, you are the hub for the construction site. You combine craftsmanship, organization, and leadership and work closely with the construction site team as well as our customers. And all this on exciting projects in the middle of the Bern area. Bauführer:in Renovation / New Construction Your core tasks * You independently manage various construction sites and bear responsibility from planning to completion. * You prepare measurements, offers, invoices, and supplements and take care of pre- and post-calculation. * You take over the AVOR and organize the processes on your construction sites. * You plan the use of personnel, material, and machines and supervise your construction site team. * You keep an eye on deadlines, quality, and occupational safety. * You are the contact person for the clients, business partners, and employees. What you bring with you * Completed basic training in construction as well as practical experience as a Bauführer:in * Strong doer mentality, entrepreneurial and strategic thinking and acting, efficient way of working, resilience, and flexibility * Good team management skills and high communication skills * Enthusiasm and motivation for work * Enjoyment of customer contact, sales talent, and professional appearance when dealing with clients/construction management * Valid driver's license Cat.
