Joiner

We are looking for a joiner. The position is oriented towards the manufacture, preparation, and installation of wood and derivative fitting elements, in compliance with the plans provided and the quality requirements of the final client.

Responsibilities

• Carry out carpentry and interior fitting work while respecting the plans, tolerances, and quality requirements defined by the client.
• Perform the preparation, assembly, and adjustment of fitting elements in the workshop before their transport and installation on the construction site.
• Ensure the careful installation of fixed furniture, doors, cladding, and other furnishing elements in coordination with other project participants.
• Appropriately use carpentry machines, portable tools, and personal protective equipment in accordance with safety instructions.
• Check measurements, verify alignments, and correct any non-conformities in order to guarantee a final result in line with expectations.
• Autonomous, rigorous with a sense of detail

Profile

• Completed training in joinery/fitting.
• Proven experience as a carpenter or joiner within the canton.
• Ability to work in a structured, methodical, and careful manner, with attention paid to execution details.
• Good physical condition allowing for the handling of loads and working on construction sites as needed.
• Sense of responsibility and professional attitude in relations with clients, site management, and colleagues.
