Plant Operator

Introduction

A Plant Operator is being sought for a company from the food industry to operate and monitor the production facilities during ongoing operations. The position is focused on a smooth production process and includes compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety specifications in daily operations. The deployment takes place in a 2-shift system and requires a careful, reliable, and independent way of working. A person with experience in the food industry, dairy industry, or in a cheese dairy is sought, who provides practical support to production processes and professionally identifies and resolves simple malfunctions. The documentation of production data in the ERP system is as much a part of the tasks as participating in cleaning, control, and optimization work. The training of new employees in the production team is also part of the area of responsibility.

Tasks

• You operate and monitor our production facilities reliably and carefully during the ongoing production process.
• You ensure a smooth production process in compliance with all quality, hygiene, and safety specifications.
• You identify simple malfunctions early and actively support their resolution in daily business.
• You carry out cleaning and control work conscientiously in accordance with the specified work instructions.
• You participate in the optimization of production processes and contribute practical suggestions for improvement.
• You support the training of new employees and work closely with the production team.
• You document production data completely and correctly in the ERP system

Profile

• You have experience in the food industry, the dairy industry, or in a cheese dairy.
• You are willing to work in a 2-shift system and bring the necessary flexibility for this.
• You have good German skills in speaking and writing, at least at level B2 to C1.
• You work in a team-oriented, reliable manner and act independently in the production environment.
• You handle technical equipment, production data, and operational specifications carefully.
• You bring a sense of responsibility for quality, hygiene, and safety in everyday production.
