For a company specializing in instrumental analytics in Herisau, we are looking for a female chemical laboratory technician or a male chemical laboratory technician for a temporary assignment until approximately the end of April 2027. In the Operations area, you will ensure through your work that products can be tested and released for the next step.

Here, you contribute your laboratory knowledge directly to the quality of sales and production products. We at dasteam will accompany you personally through the application process and clarify with you whether tasks, workload, and duration of assignment fit your plans.

Job Description ##

Your measurements make the difference: they provide the basis for products to be released. In this role, you combine practical analytics with careful evaluation and traceable documentation.

This is in your hands:

• Perform release measurements for sales products, including for IC columns and rotors
• Evaluate results, document them, and create test certificates
• Analyze purchasing and intermediate products and release them for production
• Ensure the operation of analytical and measuring devices
• Create, maintain, and further develop implementation regulations

You work at the interface between the laboratory and production. What is required is your professional eye, your accuracy, and the willingness to reliably complete tasks.

We expect ##

• Completed training as a Chemical Laboratory Technician EFZ or Laboratory Technician EFZ specializing in chemistry, or a comparable qualification
• Enjoyment of analytical laboratory work and reliable, cleanly documented results
• Experience in quality control is an advantage
• Knowledge of ion chromatography (IC) or HPLC is particularly welcome
• Very good German in spoken and written form as well as basic knowledge of Word and Excel
• An exact, committed, and implementation-oriented way of working
• Team spirit and the ability to adapt to changing tasks
