Wanted – Construction Machinery Operator (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Independent operation and driving of construction machinery in structural, civil, and road construction
• Execution of excavation, earthmoving, and leveling works
• Operation of crawler excavators, wheeled excavators, wheel loaders, and other construction machinery
• Carrying out trench and foundation pit excavation works
• Creation of foundations, substructures, and levels
• Execution of terrain removal, backfilling, and terrain shifts
• Operation of rollers and compaction machines
• Assistance with sewerage, utility line, and drainage works
• Precise excavation of utility trenches according to construction plans and specifications
• Loading trucks with excavated material, gravel, and other construction materials
• Execution of dismantling and demolition works with suitable construction machinery
• Carrying out daily machine inspections and functional tests
• Execution of simple maintenance, cleaning, and care work on construction machinery
• Recognition and reporting of technical malfunctions and machine damage
• Support of construction site personnel with general construction works
• Independent work according to construction plans and instructions from the foreman
• Compliance with safety and quality regulations on the construction site

Your profile:

• Completed training as a construction machinery operator or in a related construction profession is an advantage
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a construction machinery operator (mandatory)
• Valid construction machinery driving license for the deployed machine categories required
• Very good knowledge in operating excavators, wheel loaders, and other construction machinery
• Experience in structural, civil, and road construction
• Good knowledge in excavation, leveling, and earthmoving works
• Experience in excavating foundation pits and utility trenches
• Confident handling of various construction machines and attachments
• Experience in handling crawler and wheeled excavators
• Knowledge in machine maintenance and carrying out simple maintenance work
• Experience in reading and implementing construction plans is an advantage
• Technical understanding and strong machine feel
• Precise and responsible way of working
• High safety awareness when operating heavy machinery
• German language skills are an advantage
• Driving license category B for passenger cars is an advantage
• Own car not required
• Physically resilient, reliable, and weather-resistant
