Education / Degree level:

• Completed vocational training (EFZ) in a manual or technical profession
• Good technical knowledge and strong manual dexterity
• Further training in the areas of production, technology or Lean Management is an advantage

• Several years of professional experience in production or assembly

• Strong understanding of production processes and their interdependencies

• Proactive way of working with a view to upstream and downstream process steps

Social competence / Soft Skills:

• Clear and understandable communication with users of different technical knowledge

• Operation, monitoring and simple maintenance of production systems and equipment

• Recognition and reporting of deviations, malfunctions and improvement potential
• Collaboration in the optimization of production processes and workflows
