Tornos, Citizen or Escomatic Swiss Lathe Operator M/F

We are looking for several experienced Swiss lathe operators to strengthen the production teams:
Tornos, Citizen or Escomatic Swiss lathe operator

Your responsibilities:

• Ensure setup, start-up, and production monitoring on CNC and/or conventional Swiss turning machines
• Perform series changeovers, tool corrections, and adjustments necessary for production
• Guarantee the manufacture of high-precision parts in compliance with quality requirements
• Perform dimensional and visual inspections of parts using appropriate measuring instruments
• Identify any malfunctions and provide the necessary corrections
• Participate in the optimization of machining parameters and the continuous improvement of processes
• Ensure routine maintenance and first-level maintenance of the equipment

Your profile:

• Holder of a CFC in polymechanic, production mechanic or an equivalent training
• You benefit from proven experience in the field of Swiss turning and precision mechanics
• You master at least one of the following types of machines: Tornos (Deco, EvoDeco, SwissNano), Citizen or Escomatic
• You possess good knowledge in reading technical drawings and dimensional control
• You have knowledge in CAM, a serious asset
• You are recognized for your precision, your autonomy and your sense of responsibility
• You enjoy teamwork and know how to adapt to production requirements
