Painter

The employer is looking for a:

Painter (reported profession)

Tasks:

• surface preparation (cleaning, sanding, filling, repairing cracks and damage)
• application of paints, varnishes and coatings on walls, ceilings, doors, windows and other surfaces
• application of decorative techniques and special finishes (such as decorative plasters, effect painting, etc.)
• protection of surrounding areas to avoid damage

Requirements:

• previous experience as a painter
• knowledge of painting and decoration techniques
• knowledge of plastering
• knowledge of exterior insulation systems
• ability to work independently and follow the instructions of the client or supervisor
• manual skills and attention to detail
• availability to work in both residential and commercial environments
• schedule flexibility and ability to work in a team
