• Plan and coordinate maintenance work in private gardens
• Lead, motivate and provide technical support to a two-person team
• Control work and ensure a high quality of execution
• Communicate with construction management and customers as well as observe occupational safety

Requirements

• Completed training as Gärtner/in EFZ
• Experience in garden maintenance and enjoyment of customer contact
• Responsible, independent and reliable way of working
• Ability to work in a team and interest in a leading function
