Organize, clean, repair, maintain, monitor -- you ensure the smooth operation of our municipal buildings.

Your tasks

• You are responsible for the operation and maintenance of the school complex and external locations as well as the personnel and technical leadership of the cleaning staff (currently 5 employees)
• You carry out smaller repair work independently.
• You organize and participate in building cleaning.
• You are the contact and coordination point for usage concerns in the properties of your own area
• You actively participate in budgeting and are responsible for budget control in your own specialist area.
• Topic-related cooperation in conversions and new constructions, renovations, procurements
• You are the contact person for safety matters (fire protection, EKAS)

Your profile

• You have a basic manual apprenticeship (EFZ) and a qualification as a caretaker with federal certificate of proficiency.
• You bring several years of professional and leadership experience as a caretaker.
• You possess good user knowledge in MS-Office.
• You are a winning, team-oriented and service-oriented personality with high social competence and assertiveness.

Work locations are the school buildings Utenberg and Unterlöchli

The employees of the Management Betrieb area ensure daily that the city-owned properties are clean, well-maintained and reliably maintained.
The approximately 200 employees of the Immobilien department develop, design, build, manage, maintain and operate about 600 municipal properties. With school and sports facilities, residential and commercial buildings as well as the Rat- und Stadthaus, the department makes an important contribution to a livable city. Our work is as varied as our buildings are diverse.
